1. Definitions
User: Anyone who downloads or uses the Weathero App
Proxy Participation: Limited use of your public internet connection for legitimate third-party services
Trusted Partners: Verified third-party services authorized to access the connection in compliance with applicable laws

3. Description of the Service
Weathero provides accurate, real-time weather forecasts without advertisements or personal data tracking. To support the free version, Weathero securely allows limited use of your device’s public IP address by trusted proxy clients.
4. Connection Sharing Agreement
By using the App, you agree to:
Allow secure, limited proxy usage of your device’s public IP address
Support legitimate use cases (e.g., web testing, content verification)
Not interfere with the connection-sharing system
No personal files, browsing data, or device content is accessed. You can opt out at any time through the settings menu.
5. Third Party Software application
In return for some of the premium features of the Weathero, you may choose to be a peer of the Honeygain network. By doing so you agree to have read and accepted the Terms of Use of the Honeygain SDK (https://sdk.honeygain.com/tos): You may opt out thereof by submitting a request directly to weathero and/or Honeygain.”
6. User Conduct
You agree to:
Allow secure, limited proxy usage of your device’s public IP address
Support legitimate use cases (e.g., web testing, content verification)
Not interfere with the connection-sharing system
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, interfaces, and software in Weathero are the intellectual property of Weathro Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, lawful purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Weathero is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of:
Continuous availability
Forecast accuracy
Suitability for your specific region or needs
9. Limitation of Liability
Weathero shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data or device failure
Any damages exceeding the amount paid (if any) for using the App
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weathero and its partners from any claims arising out of your use or misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the App or Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Weathero at any time. We may terminate access for violations, fraud, or misuse without prior notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Swedem. Any legal claims must be filed in the courts of Sweden.
